Once you've familiarised yourself with the proper technique, create your own short video demonstration showing that you can lift and carry a load securely.
After you submit the video, our team reviews it. If the demonstration meets our standards, your details are securely stored and your certificate is sent to the email address you provided — typically within one hour.
The Manual Handling Course is delivered by a QQI Level 6 Instructor (Republic of Ireland and the EU) or a QQI Certified Instructor (UK).
All certificates are delivered by email and can also be downloaded and printed from our website. Download your course certificate as soon as you complete your course.
No. There's nothing extra to pay for the practical part — the course price covers both the theory and the self-assessment.

Yes. You can use your username and password to log in and review the training material 24/7, even after completing the training.
No. There's no deadline — split your training across several sessions or finish it in one go. You learn entirely at your own pace.
Yes. Courses can be taken anywhere with an internet connection, and your certificate is emailed the moment you finish, with free re-download afterwards. If you're taking the course from outside Ireland, please check that your chosen course covers the legislation in your country.
20 languages in total, including English, Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian — so a mixed workforce can train comfortably.
Getting started couldn't be easier — just register in our system. Once you've registered you can make your payment, then activate your course key or send it to someone else.
If you send a course key, you'll enter the recipient's email address as registered in our system. If you've bought for several people, you'll find every activation key under Menu → Billing → Packages.
Add the number of courses you need to your basket. Once you've completed the purchase you'll find them under Menu → Billing → Packages, ready to assign.
Yes. Bulk discounts are applied automatically to orders containing any combination of courses:
1–5 courses: €35 each
6–20 courses: €30 each
21–50 courses: €28 each
51–100 courses: €26 each
101–200 courses: €22 each
200+ courses: Custom offer
We also offer five-course bundles for €100 (€20 per course).

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal, processed securely over an encrypted connection. Business accounts may also pay by bank transfer.

Yes. If you don't pass, don't worry — you can take the assessment as many times as you need at no extra charge.
Provided your training is fully paid for, you can download an electronic PDF copy of your certificate immediately after completing your course.
Three years from the date of completion — the standard recognised period for safety training in Ireland. We'll email a reminder before it lapses.
Log in to your training account and download a PDF replacement at any time, free of charge.
